Very nice property, with amazing food and staff👍

Hotel is very nice aesthetically, with very nice facilities. However, staff are not up to standard for a five star hotel. Especially the pool and reception staff. Most seemed untrained with some attitude problems and not very hospitable. Housekeeping staff were friendly and professional.

L’hôtel est très beau et épuré. Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres. La salle de bain fonctionnelle même si la pression de l’eau est faible. La nourriture est bonne et les portions généreuses malheureusement le service au petit déjeuner et à la piscine est médiocre. Le personnel ne parle pas correctement anglais et est très lent dans le service.

Attractive minimal design/architecture. Good location. No kids running around screaming is a blessing. Good food and drink options. Restaurant staff can be slow and disorganised, its not fine dining! But in general staff and service is attentive. Slightly disorganised Front desk, but friendly.

Location and facilities are nice very nice hotel atmosphere, the suite with swimming pool is lovely !! but very poor management and service ! They really treated you commercial, 4 cafe capsules per stay ! Even if you are staying 1 night or 10 ! And 2 water bottles per day They count the towels !! Empty mine-bar , paper cups only available, receptionist are not well welcomed or hospitality educated ! They charge u for transportation based on their estimation not on standard ! Beach is empty with no life and the service on the beach side are horrible! If you really want to stay there please do ! Just pass by supermarket and take your stuff.

Die Anlage ist wunderschön. Sehr stylish, neu und geschmackvoll minimalistisch gehalten. Das Personal im Restaurant gibt sich grosse Mühe. Die Rezeption wirkt überfordert. Ein Mitarbeiter in charge ist zu wenig. Beim Check-in fehlte das Zeigen der Anlage, wenn man eine Frage hatte, hatte man das Gefühl man stört. Das Essen war hervorragend. Zum Baden eignet sich El Gouna weniger, da das Meer sehr seicht ist und man nicht schwimmen kann.

Wonderful location, outstanding service, gorgeous seaside view, excellent food, I can keep on and on about Casa Cook but it won’t give justice to my experience. A mesmerizing experience that I won’t forget, it’s paradise on earth! A

Casa Cook is definitely not ready for prime time. The breakfast is terrible, and the beach is God awful. The “private pools” are shared with at least 2 other guests (typically 4-6 depending on what room you are assigned). For what you pay, it’s definitely not worth it in my opinion.
