"Nice room in the center of Valencia"

The room was comfortable, clean and simple. The location was excellent, with several restaurant options nearby. The cost-benefit was good.

We had difficulties with the check-in process. I sent several messages through booking.com regarding the online check-in, but it took a considerable amount of time to receive a response and resolve the issue. Even after completing the online check-in, we didn't receive the room access code. In the end, I had to call and the staff member who assisted me was very welcoming and helpful and sent me the door code right away. However, it was quite frustrating that such a simple process became so complicated. Another point, it was the payment method. The payment link was sent via WhatsApp, which did not feel very secure to me.

Accommodatie ligt in het centrum

Het is even wennen. Het hotel is niet bemand. Je moet online inchecken en daarna krijg je een code waarmee je de deur van het hotel en je kamer kunt openen. Kamer prima. Airco, schoon en ruim en modern. Het is wel in de stad, dus je hoort wel de stadsgeluiden. Je kunt koffie en water krijgen op de 4e en 5e verdieping. Geen ontbijt, maar in de stad is er genoeg te ontbijten. Prima hotel.
