Hotel was fine. Check in was slow and procedure for parking was not explained. I was not told to use room key on parking machine and ended up paying the first time in addition to the $19 charge.

"3 hours of intermittent quiet time between 12:30-7:30 am"

The room looked great but the windows are not soundproof. Even on the top floor with both phones playing white noise at full blast, the sound of thumping music and yelling drunks from the nearby pub sounded like we were just steps away. Once that ended (around 2:30 am) we enjoyed another 20 minutes of yelling and screeching tires. Soon after we thought it was finally over, the trash truck backup beeping jolted us awake in time to listen to them empty the dumpster full of empty bottles. Finally got to sleep after 3 am, only to be woken around 5 by a number of police with sirens blaring going by. We had been ready to overlook the fact that only 1 of our 2 keys worked (only after multiple taps), that the mattress was way too hard, that the bars in the hotel were only open from 5-11 on a Saturday night with a UK game on (bars was fully closed by 10:50 pm). The down pillows and comforter emitted a dust when moved causing allergies to go crazy, water took forever to warm up, woman at the front desk could not have cared less at check in and out but with the lack of sleep and realizing we had just spent over $200 to have a place to change clothing and get nearly 3 hours of constantly interrupted sleep and eat a soggy breakfast. We spoke to the manager who was not surprised by our experience and told us there wasn’t much they could do. 🤦‍♀️

"Beautiful hotel with several issues and two high of price."

The room was beautiful And the location Was great. The room was very clean and had a nice view.

The bed was terrible and we didn't get a good night's sleep and we heard non-stop traffic all through the night at some points it sounded like cars racing. The shower was out of body wash and the bathroom door did not shut all the way. We ordered a pizza for room service and was quoted 40 minutes or less and they didn't come up to the room until over an hour later. For this to have been an anniversary stay and have paid a fair amount of money for the night we were highly disappointed.

We reserved a partial suite with a KING bed and city view. The bed in the room was absolutely not a king bed it may have been a full, extremely small.

"Very Nice stay"

The location was great for visiting restaurants, Basketball, and Football games, All the employees including the breakfast assistant, desk people, housekeepers, and a manager (who seemed to be everywhere) were super friendly and helpful. Also for the 1st time in 2 years of trying the mobile wireless check in worked! This was really good because there was a line to check in. The line didn't include us.
