Good staff, big rooms and comfy bed.

There was no fridge in the room, the room needed more cabinets and shelves. Other than that it was Ok

El entorno del hotel es sencillamente espectacular y La cocina del hotel es sobresaliente. Fuimos a media pension (desayuno y cena) y sales rodando a cada comida, cantidades abundantes y sabrosas. En nuestro caso el famoso perro no ha supuesto ningún problema, pero es algo a tener en cuenta a la hora de reservar.

Reservamos una de las habitaciones a pie de playa, concretamente la de al lado de la piscina. Habitación simple, sin nevera, hervidor, mosquitera y otras amenities. Hay que tener claro a dónde se va, no es un hotel de lujo. Es un buen hotel a pie de playa. No es malo, es algo a tener en cuenta.

The property and location are beautiful. It’s set away from the busier areas of Jambiani and Paje, but is a relatively short walk to each of these places. There are lots of comfortable loungers for the pool and beach, all with umbrellas. There is also a sandy area with tables and chairs where people can lounge/play cards/have a drink. The rooms were beautiful and very comfortable. The AC and wifi worked great. The restaurant on the property has excellent Italian food and the prices are reasonable for the quality. The breakfast that was included was also very generous and delicious. Our favourite part of our stay was the incredible staff and family that run the place. They made us feel at home during our entire stay and we are very grateful to them. Truly couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

I loved that the hotel and especially my room was right at the beach front. The views were amazing to catch the sunrise and sunset. The beach was not crowded and generally the area was quiet and peaceful😊

The menu at the hotel is quite limited. I had some struggles with options, since I am lactose intolerant and also allergic to sea food. It would also be helpful if there was more signage to get to the hotel. The driver who picked me from the airport had some problems locating the hotel.

Friendly staff, very attentive to the needs of the guests and do their best to meet them.

I am uncomfortable and scared of dogs. They had their big dog going around, which made feel uneasy.

The hotel could have been a nice place, but our stay was seriously disrupted by a dangerous incident involving the owner’s dog — and most of all, by the inappropriate and aggressive reaction of the hotel owners afterward. A large mastiff-type dog was roaming freely around the restaurant, pool, and guest areas all day without a leash or supervision. No one informed us that it belonged to the owner or whether it was safe. Only after asking staff did we learn that the dog’s name is Aris and that he was “friendly.” Unfortunately, he was not. We witnessed the dog suddenly run from the hotel grounds and attack another calm dog on the public beach. It caused a very stressful scene involving the hotel owner and two women — one of whom fell to the ground, allegedly after being hit. When we expressed our concern as hotel guests, the owner yelled at us and said “this is a private matter,” and then started speaking to us in Italian instead of addressing the situation properly. His son later came to calm us down and explained the dog was friendly and playing with kids, but we no longer felt safe. Later that day, I was even contacted by the local police as a witness to the event. That shows how serious it was. Apart from this, we noticed a lack of wardrobe space, even though there was plenty of room for it. The existing cabinets had visible mold, and it left marks on some of our clothes and belongings placed on them. In my opinion, families with children and people afraid of dogs should avoid this hotel, at least until the owner stops allowing a large, unsupervised dog to roam freely among guests. Even if the dog is "usually friendly" — in this case, it clearly wasn’t.

Everything was so nice and clean, the staff was the best,,polite and respectful and enjoyable to sit with them and talk ,also they have this lazy funny dog by the name Ares , great company during breakfast and lunch 😂 , all happy smiling and cheerful people! Luv u guys!

Loved the location, staff and cleanliness. Great food at restaurant and good breakfast. Lovely pool as well.

The bedrooms could do with a bit of TLC but they are working on it. Food is Italian so limited choice if you don't like pasta or pizza. All in all great value for money.
