Hotel Palmas Teotihuacán

Beautiful place, nice room, wonderful personnel, but accessibility to reception and housekeeping a bit difficult. Restaurant personnel were helpful to compensate.

The owner and the grounds were wonderful.

The facilities are OK, there's a nice garden and easy access self-parking.

The bed is not comfortable and there was a permanent noise coming from outside the room (but inside the hotel) of some kind of engine all day and night. It was anoying. The price was too high for this kind of room.

Area was fairly quite. Staff were friendly and helpful. bed was comfortable.

they lock the parking gate ate night. we couldn't get out for oir hot airbaloon ride so lost our $300 booking due to this. for the price the room is every basic. internet is slow. hot water in the shower is little more than a dribble. Not worth the 88 USd we paid for the room.

The restaurant looked nice with both indoor and outdoor seating and the food was fine, maybe a little expensive for the town. The king suite was OK in size and the bed was reasonably comfortable.

In the "king suite" there was no table or desk and only two small, rather uncomfortable, armless chairs that appeared to be leftovers from a Goodwill. The water pressure was usually low and the temperature varied wildly. The only useable window was a tiny vent window on the shower wall. The room appeared to have been converted to a hotel room from something else. The kitchen for the restaurant was immediately behind the wall adjacent to the bed. So at about 7:30am, you are awakened to the hustle in the kitchen. Not much in the way of amenties... only basic soap in the shower, no hair dryer, no coffee machine, etc. Maybe somehow the other rooms were better...but i'll not chance it next time.

The location is ideal to visit the pyramids because you can walk but of course only if you like to discover the areas and walk for more than 30 minutes. the garden and flowers are wonderful, very nice and quite

Love the inside of the property with green grass, a water fountain, and all the beautiful flowers. The shampoo was good. The beds were very comfortable🥰. I loved having a little corridor. Mariela was very friendly and helpful. Love the laundry service ! There is a restaurant, I did not try the food, but it was nice to have a restaurant on site. I loved being able to book the room without using a credit card and having the option of checking the rooms before paying for them. The location was very good

No hair dryer, the towels were hard ☹️. Only local channels, only 3 electric outlets. No couches or comfortable chairs inside. Not comfortable chairs to sit outside on the corridor. No lamps , no fan, no ac. There was no fridge in our room.
