Mountain Plaza Hotel

Wir hatten ein altes Zimmer mit Teppich. Das Frühstück hat viel Verbesserungspotenzial! Viele Speisen waren kalt und die Eierspeisen nicht frisch sowie die Früchte aus der Dose!

Big swimming pool and one outside sauna. Spacious lobby and restaurant.

Poor breakfast, very standard. The hotel is in need of renovation, it`s stuck in the 70s. Carpets in the room look very used and full of stains and so does the bathroom.

Very friendly staff. Excellent breakfast with plenty of choice. Pool, sauna & facilities that we used were lovely. Particularly like the robes & slippers and room well supplied with towels and flannels. Our travel plug did not work snd no problem getting one at Reception. When we left the shuttle bus took us to where we wanted to go at no charge...very impressed and with so much luggage a great help. Rooms simple but more than adequate with everything we needed. Will certainly be back again.

The bathroom could have done with a slip mat to use whilst showering...health & safety. Paintwork around bath panel & tiles peeling off and in need of some maintenance but assuming now as its the end of season this will be done whilst closed.

Great mountain hotel, nice views, bed was comfortable. We enjoyed all the facilities, pool, game room, bar. Many options in the winter to rent ski equipment, shuttle. restaurant, parking, pretty much all you need for a winter vacation. We would stay here again. Staff was helpful and made recommendations, they were quite well organised.
