"Perfect hotel, hope to return."

10.0

Spacious room with lovely well thought out touches including water, cookies and chocolate. Communal areas were great too.

It was a bit dark at night along the road back to the accommodation.

"Loved so much, would stay again"

10.0

Large private rooms with lots of large community spaces (coworking area, kitchen, mediation/yoga area). Decor and overall vibe of the place was so cool! So many beautiful murals throughout the property and in the rooms. There were so many details that made us feel so welcome and at home! Worth the stay!

Pool was very rustic, had it been more updated, likely would have spent more time there

Awesome place with super friendly staff. I liked the opportunity to cook own meals. Our teenagers loved the pooltable

- Spacious and clean rooms equipped with useful&fun things like light bathrobes, popcorn machine etc - Common areas, lots of hangout and chilling spots, yoga/meditation area, painting area (incl available supplies) - Located on a quiet street but with quick and easy access to a bigger street (with restaurants, beaches, shops) - Overall cool vibe & free bikes

- Although morning/afternoon snacks were promissed, they were never there (could be because of the fact that we were the only guests for the first few nights) - The evening shift of the personnel could have been a bit more helpful

"A gem!"

Where do I begin? The atmosphere, the design, the furniture, the plants, the decorations, the fridge with cold drinks, the roof top yoga/meditation area, the pool, the quiet street, the staff....

"Bittersweet experience"

5.0

The common area is nice. It has wide counters for cooking, making drinks and hanging out, with lots of dishes, glasses and cooking utensils. Rooms are huge. It's nice there are free bikes, umbrellas and chairs you can borrow for the beach. WiFi is fast. The security guard, Don Lupe, who was the only hotel staff after 5pm was extremely nice with us, and did whatever he could to make us feel comfortable.

The hotel feels dingy, especially near the pool. There are spiderwebs between the chairs and plants. There's no hospitality staff to care for guests except during the mornings (when you're usually out at the beach), so if you need anything regarding hospitality after 5pm, you're left with a security guard that can only do so much. But our main issue was with the hotel owner, who yelled at us and made racist remarks because we're Mexican (she said Europeans don't complain, and that we were "being difficult" because we're Mexicans) and refused to refund us for an evening we had to flee the hotel from 7pm to midnight because they were ill-prepared for a blackout (we couldn't even shower in the pitch-black darkness because our cell phones ran out of battery). There had been blackouts throughout the city that week, and while other restaurants and hotels were well prepared with candles and lanterns for their guests, we were left to our own devices for an entire evening. It seems since we were the only ones staying at Casa Conicarit during Dia de Muertos holiday, the owner couldn't be bothered to have any preparations for us. While she argued blackouts "were not her fault", nobody expected her to prevent or fix a blackout, just assisting her guests with reasonable things like lanterns or candles, and maybe even power banks to charge your phone. We called Booking and fortunately they processed a refund for 1.5 nights, but our stay was for 5 nights and we had to stay there for the rest of our vacation. Our last night, the security guard had been drinking. That didn't make us feel safe as the only two people (women) in the hotel. But luckily we left that same night. The place and staff were actually nice, but we can't recommend this experience to others. We really wanted to love Casa Conicarit because it had great reviews, and other things that we did actually like.

"Very good"

8.0

Bathroom could be bigger Be aware that power outages can happen and sometimes last longer

The room was big and spacious and had AC (needed with those temparatures). The snack buffet was okay (yoghurt, juices, coffee and tea). There are a lot of cafes, beaches and restaurants within walking distance and ADO bus station is also not too far away.

"Best place I've stayed in Riconada."

10.0

Location was perfect, all the staff went above and beyond to help. Being a solo traveller, I felt really safe and looked after. The pool is great, and there is all the entertainment that you need. The bed was so so comfortable, and everything was super clean. I was really sad to leave. I will definately be back again.

Nothing, it was perfect.

"Clean, comfortable and modern place near the center of Rinconada."

10.0

One of the nicest places I've ever stayed. Modern, concrete structure. Very comfortable bed. Quiet. Relaxing rooftop. Nice simple breakfast each morning. The entire place was kept extremely clean. Bikes, beach umbrellas, chairs, towels available for use. Pool table, ping pong, painting supplies. Short walk to the main stretch of Rinconada.

There was nothing to dislike.
