Club Kaafu Dhiffushi

My recent stay at Club Kaafu Dhiffushi was truly unforgettable The family running the place was incredibly welcoming and kind, filled with warmth and care They made every moment special making me feel right at home as if I were among family. The genuine joy and hospitality they extended turned my stay into a wonderful memory I look forward to visiting again soon and highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking comfort and a sense of home away from home

We found that Club kaafu had the best water activities to choose from on the island. We were impressed by Internet who was very informative with every aspect. We signed up to the sunset fishing, the sunset dolphin cruise, 4x kayaking, the parasailing and the turtle point snorkeling. We were going to do a second snorkeling trip but decided to swap a second dolphin trip instead. We enjoyed everything we did and could pick and choose when to do them as we had time on our hands. Sometimes the weather can stop trips if the water is too rough but it isn't a problem if you do have time to spare. Also amazing were all the staff at club Kaafu, and I have to mention Adam..... so very lovely and welcoming.

+ Reanda organised our excursions & speedboats in and out of the island (at very reasonable prices). Instead of writing an unfair review, just talk to him if there is anything you don’t like – Reanda will do anything to make your holiday unforgettable, he really cares about his guests and speaks perfect English! + very good restaurant (make sure you try the vegetarian curry and the fish soup!) + amazing hot shower + strong wifi + They upgraded our room to sea view for the same price without us requesting it 😊 + very comfortable bed – best sleep we had! + air con + immaculately clean - there was nothing we didn’t like. PS: if you’re island hoping, make sure you visit the stunning small island of Fulidhoo (our favourite out of Guraidhoo, Gulhi, Fulidhoo, Hulumalle & Diffushi).

1. Location of Sea facing cottages (Pristine Blue Seashore from your room's window). The water is so clean, amazingly blue, and with 7 shades. You will enjoy Sunset every day. 2. Location of the entire property. It is corner located and probably the best location in Dhiffushi Island. 3. Liveliness of the place. It has an open-air restaurant with multiple sitting places. so you can find a different cozy place for every evening and you will enjoy every moment. 4. The island Dhiffushi is 1km x 400m in size... inhabited by locals ... so you get to see the real Maldives ... their lifestyle, total raw living 5. Peace, and calmness of the place - far away from your everyday life. The environment is so laid back that all your stress will disappear. 6. People are so warm, honest, and non-manipulative. Don't expect false-welcome of high-end resorts, but expect friendliness, kinship. 7. The crew was amazing - ladies - Kumari, Jassi, Sukhi. Helper - Shahadat. The chef and his crew cook amazing food. Water sports folks. The property manager - Wahab, became our friend. and Owner - Rwanda is a thorough gentleman and an amazing water sportsperson himself. 8. A lot of Water sports activities. 9. You will fall in love with this place, I can guarantee. Imp: Come for at least 5 days to really immerse into the calmness of this place. I can write a lot about this place.

We asked them whether they were LGBT friendly, and most places we spoke to said that they allow all guests but to avoid PDA for our own safety. This place sent us a horrible disgusting message that said "We are not really interested to know whether you f**k face, ass or a dog." I cannot believe anybody in any kind of hospitality business can talk to a customer like this. It would have been okay if they had just said "Sorry, we are not interested". You should NEVER talk to anyone like that. Additionally, when I told them we would be staying else where, they said "Let me know when you find a boat"

The rooms are very cosy and and well thought out. Club Kaafu actually also owns Café 420 which one this years TripAdvisor Travellers Choice Award and Dhiffushi Dive & Recreation. So you have everything under one roof. They are renovating at present abut most of the works are being done during low season and what work is being carried out is done so during what I consider to be times of day which have the least effect on the guests.

Had a great stay at this place. Facing the most beautiful beach, excellent rooms, good food - not to mention the very friendly staff. In particular Hosain did all possible to make our stay a great experience. Thanks - and we already recommended this place to friends!
