If you require a room with reduced mobility access, please advise the property in the special request box at the time of booking. This is subject to availability. Any reservation of more than 5 rooms will be considered a group reservation and will be subject to special conditions (deposit payment, specific cancellation conditions). A separate email will be sent to you by the hotel to specify the terms and conditions. A valid identity card or passport must be presented at the reception upon arrival (driving license alone is not accepted). Please note that not all rooms are reached directly by elevator and that some of them are accessible by steps. Any booking involving more than 5 rooms and/or exceeding a total of 10 nights may be considered a booking subject to specific conditions. In such cases, special terms may apply, including, but not limited to, the payment of a deposit and dedicated cancellation policies. If applicable, the hotel will send you a separate email detailing these specific conditions.
