"Fijn sfeervol hotel op top locatie in een prachtige stad"

Geweldige locatie aan de rand van een mooi plein met gezellige terrassen, maar zonder dat je last hebt van rumoer. Je hoeft niet door donkere straatjes terug naar je hotel

Wonderful location. Lovely breakfast. Only negative were the steep stairs to room 324. However we had absolutely wonderful caring staff who helped us with our luggage. Thank you

The property is BEAUTIFUL and in the most incredible location. We were only there an afternoon and one night so didn’t get a chance to see it all I’m sure but so delightful. Comfortable sized room, great value for money. Beautiful toiletries in the bathroom, and everything was lovely and tidy.

Honestly nothing! I guess you could say that the room was a bit dated but I would say that’s the point not an issue.

Extremely disappointed with Hôtel de l’Horloge. We had to cancel our reservation 1.5 days in advance due to circumstances completely out of our control. Our rental car was unexpectedly cancelled, trains were fully booked, and we were left stranded with our 7-month-old baby. I contacted the hotel immediately, explained everything, and asked if they could show some flexibility, as this was only meant to be a short stopover on our way to a wedding. Since there were no available tickets via Avignon, we had no choice but to take a different route. Their response came two days later, by which time it was very clear they had chosen profit over compassion. Booking.com showed goodwill and refunded our car rental, understanding that these situations can happen, especially when traveling with a small baby. Hôtel de l’Horloge, however, chose greed.
