Do ambiente acolhedor, limpeza e serviço

Infelizmente a moça que arrumou o quarto colocou uma toalha a menos. Acabei tendo que pagar pois nao conferi na chegada pois ia para o show. Acredito inclusive que essa funcionária estava substituindo a original no dia. Eram 5 pessoas e tinham 4 toalhas.
