ibis Styles Arles Palais des Congrès

The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel enjoys a convenient location within walking distance of the historic centre. The breakfast is good and consistent with the standard offered by Ibis Styles.

Without any prior explanation or notification, we were allocated a room designed for guests with disabilities. We did not feel particularly comfortable in this room. In addition, the presence of hairs in both the bedroom and the bathroom meant that the room was not as clean as we would expect from the usual Ibis standards. However, I assume this was an isolated incident, as we had stayed at the same hotel in a standard room two weeks earlier and everything had met the expectations typically associated with Ibis Styles.

Het ontbijtbuffet was correct, niet super super maar toch goed. De kamer was ruim = helemaal ok op dit gebied. Was wel op 7de verdieping! Mooi onderhouden zwembad. Ontbijten kon buiten - mooie ruimte voor zwembad. Grote parking op domein= helemaal ok.

Hectisch moment bij aankomst. Receptionist stond er alleen voor voor beide hotels (Styles en Budget op zelfde plaats). Het was zéér druk. Op kamer. : geen handdoeken voor 2 personen, geen hoofdkussen voor 2de persoon geen afstandsbediening voor Tv Dus niet in orde voor 2 personen. Uiteindelijk toegang gekregen om nodige uit leegstaande kamer te halen na over en weer geloop naar receptie. Zeker geen verwijt naar receptionist die toch vriendelijk bleef. Ligging niet optimaal maar toch nog aanvaardbaar.

Arrivati e mancava acqua calda. Se non avessimo sentito la conversazione con altra persona non saremmo state avvisate. Non c’era un responsabile ma solo un giovane alla reception. Ovviamente non era suo compito prendere decisioni. Chiesto rimborso, speriamo lo effettuino

Breakfast is good and kids enjoyed the pool. Room was rather small but very clean and comfortable. There is a shop to buy local products in the lobby which we took advantage of.

Nothing special, I think the price was correct for the level of accommodation.
