"Mooi verblijf, spijtig van geen tegemoetkoming"

Zeer proper, mooi ontbijt, superleuke kamer en mooie ligging

We moesten door ziekte van mijn schoonmama het hotel een nacht vroeger verlaten en er werd ons niets voorgesteld voor een terugbetaling of voor bvb een bon voor een nacht aan te bieden. Dat vonden we zelf wel heel teleurstellend…

"Wundervoll , sehr erholsam !"

Schönes Ambiente , sehr freundliches Personal , gute Lage direkt an der Mosel , Bushaltestelle und Schiffsanleger direkt vor der Türe , bombastisches Frühstück, das keine Wünsche offen lässt , schönes Zimmer , neues Bad , kleiner Wasserkocher mit Teebeuteln und eine Flasche Mineralwasser auf dem Zimmer , einfach alles durchdacht und sehr gastfreundlich !

Da gab es gar nichts !
