Tiene instalaciones ya viejas. El Jacuzzi no se pudo usar ya que el agua estaba helada. Su agua no sale con suficiente calor y eso es básico para la relajación. Las llaves del lavabo son viejas y hay que apretarlas muy bien para que no se fugue el agua. En cuanto a las instalaciones externas están sensacionales su muy bien cuidadas. Es servicio de su personal es muy bueno. Felicidades

As always, the attention from all the staff is fantastic. They are all great. The rooms are comfy and have AC and ceiling fans. The food is good, but a bit expensive. The Sunday brunch is delicious. One of the pools is warm, very good for kids. It is my favorite property in Cuernavaca.

Hotel lindo para pasar un par de días! El personal muy amable! La alberca nos pareció un poco sucia y el buffet de fin de semana muy pobre para el precio, le falta bastante variedad!

Es un hotel con muy buenas instalaciones, el servicio muy bueno y el personal con muy buena atención, vale mucho la pena hospedarse ahí, lo único que queda un poco lejos del centro y de otras atracciones pero todo muy bien en nuestra estancia.
