Acomodação péssima, móveis velhos, sem manutenção, cama super mole, lençóis gastos, falta de limpeza.

Péssima acomodação, hotel em reforma com pó no lobby, quarto velho, higiene precária. As fotos do hotel não condizem em nada com a realidade. Elevador velho, sem manutenção, piso do corredor encardido, paredes com tinta suja. Banheiro antigo, toalhas finas, funcionários desqualificados, limpeza do quarto somente a cada 4 dias. Uma das piores experiências que já tive em acomodação. Não recomendo este hotel em hipótese alguma. Está classificado como 3 estrelas equivocadamente, este hotel é 1 Estrela. Localizado numa região já bem caída em Miami, não recomendável para se hospedar.

The hotel’s location was fantastic. It was very close to the beach, as well as a variety of restaurants and shops, making it easy and convenient to explore the area and enjoy everything nearby. The beds in the room were also very comfortable.

The biggest issue was the lack of parking facilities. There were no parking spaces available for guests, not even a temporary area for unloading luggage. In fact, another guest's car was towed after being left by the roadside for only 15 minutes. Upon arrival, I was informed that it was supposedly siesta time, although this had never been mentioned anywhere beforehand. The receptionist was not particularly welcoming. To make matters worse, the room access code provided was incorrect, which meant waiting again for a new one. The rooms are in need of a major renovation. The entrance door felt insecure and could probably be forced open with little effort. The water pressure in the shower was very weak, the air conditioning was ineffective, and the windows offered poor sound insulation, making it easy to hear all the noise from the street outside. I was also disappointed to discover, after speaking with other guests, that some of them had been given a parking card that allowed them to park without additional charges. This option was never mentioned or offered to me.
