"Good stay but something did not add up"

Location and staff were great!

There was a problem with hot water in the room, after maintenance turned on the heaters it was resolved 20mins after. Also, pool water temperature was freezing, hard to stay in for a while, it was also not so clean on some corners. Jacuzzi is always busy (you have to reserve in advance) so there was no way to use it for one-day stay (hotel was not even crowded)
