"Work in progress"

The staff were made me feel welcome and Irene was more than willing to help however she could. That said we asked for a sea view, it was partial at best and compromised by the building site next door to our apartment. Work started promptly ever morning at 7.30, spoiling the relaxing ambience. We were unlucky enough to have visited when the weather was poor and therefore spent more time in the room than we would have expected, so when the TV wouldn't work it was very frustrating. I asked to move room, and offered to pay for an upgrade but no other room was available. The problem was eventually resolved after 3 days when the owner brought us a new remote control. The room itself was small although it was clean, comfortable and well equipped.

The location wasn't great but that's just down to personal preference. It was at the bottom of the promenade across from the local bus station, so could be quite busy. Can't imagine what it would be like in high season.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect—close to the main attractions but still quiet enough for a good night's sleep. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help with every request.

On two of the three days we stayed the showers were only Luke warm.
