Excelentes instalaciones y muy buena ubicación

Great location to restaurants and shops. Staff were super helpful even when our ferry was cancelled, she found accommodation for us as this hotel was already booked.

El hotel está perfectamente ubicado, en el centro de Fira y con estación de autobuses a 200mts. La atención del personal formidable y con mucha variedad re disposición a ayudarnos y aconsejarnos con todo. Sin duda volvería a elegirlo.

The location is great, so close to shops, bars and restaurants whilst also being quiet. The staff are really friendly and very helpful and the pool was great, although not heated as advertised. We lost water at 6pm on a Saturday and they couldn’t have managed the situation any better. We had a room beside the pool so had a lovely outlook.

Our booking was advertised as including breakfast, but there was no breakfast as there has been in previous years. The room was lovely but quite small and you had to step over the end of the bed to get round to one side.
