room & bathroom were clean & spacious. kitchen available for use, though we didn’t use it. all was comfortable. just right across from the train station. lots of f&b available nearby. also very central. easy walk to main sights.

quite dark on entry from main door. could have had auto on lights.

Squeaky bunk beds with no ladder, uncomfortable sofa bed mattress

the host was truly amazing, she helped us a lot and was very understanding with us as we had some issues and got to the place 2 hours later than what we had informed her about our arrival; she gave us great advices and recommended several places for us. the room is not too fancy, but it’s good and in a great location, you have all you need for the stay. we totally recommend this place, for the price we paid it was great

it can be a little noisy due to other guests, but nothing we couldn’t stand with

Very nice apartment with everything you might need, even an umbrella (which was unfortunately a must-have during our stay). The bed was comfortable, the fridge was big enough, we had access to all necessary kitchen equipment. The location was perfect for us - close to the bus and train station, near the Mercato di Ballaro and just a few minute walk from old town. Our host sent us some places and food recommendations, which we used gladly :) There are also some nice bars and cafés around :)

Nothing, to us everything was perfect :) Maybe just beware that the front door are low, and you can easily bump your head while walking through them ;)
