The room was big and clean

We had to change rooms as we had requested a room with 2 beds . The room we moved to was freezing cold. We could not get the heat pump to work. We contacted the owner by phone who told us we needed to close the doors to the balcony in a certain way. We tried over and over again to no avail. Finally somebody came to get the heating on. The owner suggested we leave a tip as it was our fault the room was cold!! Also the check in process was dreadful, long-winded and impersonal.

No tienen servicio de recepción y el check in es online. En el check in online hay que aportar foto de dni, foto personal (selfie) para identificación biometrica y datos personales.
