Was given a room that I did not book, front desk took about 20 min to get me a room. The room was previously a smoking room as it smelled like cigarettes and plenty of cigarette buds where found in the room

Gated, outside of building looked nice, just not clean enough. Stained sheets, cigarette burns on blankets, dirty floors in our room. Toilet quit working half way through the night. Very noisy

"It was not the worst motel by any means but I didn’t feel the value was there for the money."

It was clean for the most part

could have just been my room but the main door for the room was broke, toilet was broke, shower curtain rod was broke. It was quick wipe cleaned but not great.
