Un Lujo en el Corazón de Alicante

It is the best apartment which we rented at last time for the family holidays. It is located in the very beautiful central part of Alicante very close to Passeig Esplanada d'Espanya (7-10 min) and sea beach Playa del Postiguet (15 min). There are a lot of restaurants with nice Spanish causing, bars and small cafes. The apartment is very light and tidy, 3 large bedrooms, lounge room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 2 aircons for comfortable living space. There we found a parasol and 2 armchairs for the beach. The host is very kind and careful, she is always in touch when we need it. She greeted us very cordially and let us check in earlier and check out later depending on our earplane schedule.

Excellent location, close to the beach and to the centre of the city

The apartment was fresh & clean in a great location. The host was so helpful at answering any questions we had. It felt like home away from home.We would definitely love to stay there again

We would have preferred a normal toaster.

Rosa is a really nice host, she was in contact with us for everything we needed, also made recommendations of places to visit and restaurants.. The apartment is spacious, child friendly (we travelled with kids), also very well located, in the city center, close to the beach, the restaurants. Thank you so much Rosa!

Perfect location and cleanliness

A bit noisy from the street.

very comfortable and cozy appartment - perfect for our group (4 adults +2 children). It's located in a great place - near the beach, shops, the old town, the castle and restaurants. The public transport makes it very easy to get from appartment to the airport and other locations. Contact with the owner was great and she was extremly helpful and hospitable. Bear in mind that the appartment is located in the centre - it can get loud at nights, especially during weekends.
