"Very good"

The property is GORGEOUS and lifted straight off the pages of Elle Decor! SO DREAMY and beautiful. I was living out my Italian countryside fantasy. The staff and service were wonderful. Only a 10 minute drive to Parma.

Wifi was very weak in the room. Our room was on a corner directly adjacent to a street, and it was quite noisy.

Beautiful property with great pool and gardens set off from the neighborhood. Host and staff were terrific. Breakkfast was lovely.

it looks like many houses were built around this lovely house. the neighborhood had a suburban feel.

"an off city oasis"

the property is breath taking. really. very well maintained and so so beautiful. about 15 minutes drive to the city with no Uber or taxi app, it's a suburban neighborhood so you'll need a car. breakfast is good and the pool is clean and fun.

"Awesome place with the best owner and service"

Elena and Francesca were way above and beyond. They got us booked for last minute tours of Parmigiano and Prosciutto private factories with Angelo. They know everyone in town for reservations and made the experience amazing and easy. The grounds and buildings are beautiful with easy parking on-site and close to shopping and downtown without the hassle of downtown.

"The perfect b&b in Parma"

This is a very beautiful and refined property just outside Parma -- feels like the country but so convenient to Parma with the added convenience of safe parking across the street. It's everything you want in a b&b: lovely, large, comfy room with excellent bed/bedding; terrific breakfast with the freshest eggs prepared as you like them; gorgeous pool; and lovely owner and chef.

Just wish my itinerary would have allowed for a longer stay!

Exceptional accommodations!! Every detail was attended to from a beautiful breakfast to ironed sheets! The garden and surrounding property are incredible! Really lovely. Could not have been better.

We chose this lovely property because of it’s quiet location removed from the hustle and bussle. Consequently, only one restaurant option within proximity. But it was very good!
