"Calidez en un clima frío."

La calidez del personal, te hacen sentir como en casa. La habitación estaba aceada y de acuerdo a lo solicitado.

La ubicación del escusado en el baño (hab 616) no es nada cómoda, además esta habitación está frente a los elevadores y por la noche se escucha cuando llegan otros huéspedes, lo que genera no descansar como uno desea.

"Queja y Recomendacion"

La ubicación a zona hospitalaria

No cuenta con calefacción en habitaciones solo A/C y los cuartos interiores son helados ya que no pega el sol y aunque me facilitaron 4 cobijas no creo que sea la solución para estar cómodo , tengo 70 años y me levanto en madrugada 1 par de veces al baño y ahí está el shock al salir de la cama. Pregunté en hotel junto ( Marbella ) y ahí si cuentan con calefacción , además en esta temporada invernal en CDMX amerita contar con algo que haga más placentera la estancia.
