Location is great, easy walking distance to train/bus stations, shopping and dining. Close to everything and yet very quiet.

"Uncomfortable and not good value"

There were only 3 good things about this property: 1. Friendly reception staff 2. Clean room & bathroom 3. Walking distance to old town centre. The rest left a lot to be desired.

The public hospital beds and hard as a rock mattresses. Sleeping on the floor would have been far more comfortable. The pillow was just a slab of hard foam. There was very little bed cover to keep you warm and no additional blankets in the wardrobes. And the heating did not work. And the whole place resembled an old peoples' home. Terrible!!! A traveller books a hotel so that they can get a good nights rest to enable them to continue their journey - well we certainly did not get this here. Very disappointing for the price charged.
