B&B LUNA

Initially, the host confirmed we can check in late in the evening.

We booked the place because it was close to Bergamo Airport and we had an early flight. When we came to Milano, we realised that it takes around 20 minutes to get to the airport by car and over one hour by public transport. When I asked the host to confirm that and give advice on how to get to the airport, they never replied my texts and phone call. Nonetheless, when a local friend dialed the host's number, the host picked up and confirmed that you can get to the B&B by a taxi and from the B&B to the airport only by taxi as well. No more support was offered. It was 7 pm in the evening and decided not to stay at the B&B, because of the hostile attitude of the host and the risk of not getting on time to the airport for our early flight. When we informed the host of our decision, the only response was to refer to the booking conditions. We were lucky that we had a friend that offered her place and helped us out to get to the airport in the morning. During all my stays with Booking over the years, this was the most unhelpful and stressful experience I have had.

Propre, confortable, emplacement très pratique pour l, aéroport, le train et les bus, Sonia est très accueillante et disponible, une grande terrasse. Seul bémol : le bruit.

The instructions were super clear ! The room is very beutiful and tidy ( not a lot of stuff ). It looks new or renewed lately . In the morning we did not have the breakfast included but we could take a coffe for 0.5 euro which was just what we needed to get the day started . The house is 2 minutes from the train station of seriate and yet we did not hear the trains at night ! Overall everything was great!

I found nothing negative to write

Hyvä sijainti lähellä lentokenttää. Ilmainen pysäköinti. Ihan vierestä pääsee junalla Bergamoniin. Alakerrassa kahvila, josta saa kahvia ja tuoreita croissantteja. Emäntä Sonia oikein ystävällinen. Viestittely helppoa whatsupin kautta.

Great big bedroom and bathroom. Really clean. Owner super kind and very helpful. Really close too airport.
