Auberge Kasbah Des Dunes

Die Unterkunft ist sehr charmant mit den kleinen Innenhöfen. Wir haben uns Zeit genommen, um hier ein bisschen zu sitzen. Die Zimmer sind traditionsbewusst eingerichtet.

Excellent petit déjeuner, chambre très confortable et hôtel vraiment agréable dans l'ensemble. La localisation est un vrai plus : on se sent au cœur de la place centrale.

Je chipote vraiment, mais des rideaux occultants auraient été appréciables. Rien de sérieux, ça ne gâche en rien le séjour.

Déjà l emplacement en dehors du centre de Merzouga donc calme. Palmeraie et dunes accessibles à pied. La gentillesse et la disponibilité de Youssef qui nous a bien fait rire et nous a organisé une virée dans les dunes pour admirer le couché de soleil. Le repas plus que copieux ainsi que le petit déjeuner. Franchement une adresse à ne pas louper !!!

For two nights it suited our purpose. We were the only people staying there so it was quiet. It is a small auberge and seems to be run solely by the owner who also cooks the meals which were delicious but if it was busier would need more staff.

The auberge is listed as being in Merzouga but it isn’t, it’s in Hassi Lanier a separate village about 3 km from Merzouga. It was fairly basic and a bit dusty due to its location and some of the facilities were not as advertised.

This Kasbah has the loveliest owner with absolutely unbeatable hospitality, and is very comfortable, well located, pretty and had much more than we expected. We were so nicely surprised how great this place was and how much attention to details were paid. Youssef was so welcoming, attentive, friendly, nice and knowledgeable. He arranged few tours for us and we were very thankful for his help. The location is at much better part than the busy eastern end of Merzouga and so closed to the dunes. W ed had the best breakfast in 2 weeks in Morocco next morning - abundant, delicious and served well on the roof top. The owner speaks excellent English. He is very flexible and communicated promptly at any point before and during our stay. Parking was secure and wide. Overall lively property. We stayed only 1 night. We left early for a long drive and wish we stays 2 more nights had we known how good the place was and how much to do around. We had nice bathroom with hot water and very comfy bed. The place is truly amazing and much better than the pics. We will definitely stay again and highly recommend. Thanks much

Youssef ist ein super Gastgeber. Hilfsbereit, witzig. freundlich und immer mit guten Tipps zur Hand. Und er hat auch noch zu allen anderen Sprachen gut deutsch gesprochen. Außerdem ist er ein ausgezeichneter Koch!

Yousef, the host, was incredibly friendly. He speaks several languages fluently and truly makes an effort to ensure you have a great experience. We felt so comfortable that we extended our stay by one night. I honestly couldn’t have imagined it being any better. I highly recommend him if you are planning a Sahara tour. Booking through him is more affordable and you’ll get a much better experience.

Der Gastgeber Youssuf ist sehr freundlich, spricht deutsch (und viele andere Sprachen) und hat uns mit seinem reichhaltigen Frühstück und einen sehr guten und leckeren Abendessen versorgt. Unsere 3 Motorräder konnten wir sicher im Innenhof abstellen. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und weitere Restaurants.
