facing a car park - External door ill fitting and too thin. - so drafty and noisey. Almost all fittings and bathroom items completed to a poor DIY standard

Comfortable and clean accommodation reasonable price and no hasssle

No hot chocolate sachet in the room

The size of the space, the facilities blew me away as I was not expecting a kitchen.... The closeness to the station and also my own access to the room so I could come and go as I please. Also they responded to me so quickly and saved me from a mistake I made ahead of time

No breakfast available. Room only which is fine. Lovely clean room.

Not noisy but it is in a busy pub car park near main rd. Needs black out blinds as external lights on all night , needs internal door so not constantly exposed to drafts from front door and big light from fire alarm,only basic tea/coffee so do bring your own decaf/herbal ect

Lovely staff, very nice menu. Beautifully decor of pub/restaurant.

Better tv, as bluish tinge to screen and small tv screen. Better complimentary toiletries, mini body wash etc.
