No pudimos alojarnos, falta completa de respeto.

No cancelaron la las reservas por booking y tenían el hotel lleno por un evento, viajamos varios kilómetros por presas y no pudimos alojarnos porque el hotel estaba cerrado por un evento. Los guardas del parqueo super descorteses. Recomendación: Corroborar disponibilidad antes de ir a perder el tiempo
