We really enjoyed our stay!!! Really looking forward to returning

No breakfast

The property management here booked my room to someone else and thus couldn't give me the room, despite having called them 4 days before the trip and having them confirm that they had my booking on file.

Manager couldnt find our reservation. Tried in person booking with the manager but there were no vacancies for rooms with jetted tub or other. While waiting to get ahold of Expedia, 2 more people were turned away because their reservation wasnt found either.

What did I like??? Not a thing

This property is horrible and disgusting. The clerk was rude. The room was atrocious. The sheet were dirty and had bloodstains on them. There was some type of brown liquid running from a light switch. The bathroom? Oh my goodness just nasty. Please do not stay here. Don’t even click to look at pictures because they are very deceiving

The property and room would have been fine for a roadtrip stopover, but when we arrived, they were reportedly overbooked with multiple disgruntled guests ... a very strange experience being asked to wait at our car for the manager to deal with this issue and then finally get our check-in and key.

For the price u could get something better

Size of room was great

Two broken lights, no Kleenex and staff tried to fix but could not, and had no inventory for the Kleenex

Overbooked so they sent us away
