How clean it was

I paid for a room with a spa bath and the room he gave me was not a spa bath. When asked for a refund he told me I had to contact booking, then when I contact booking they said he needs to confirm the refund and have had an issue with having him respond to booking. So I can receive my refund!!!

I wish i could say something nice about this place other then it is quiet but every time we go there is alway something different thay happens during checking, either he tells me to not go thru the app and we will me better price but its always more expensive. We always say a non-smoking room but yet we get put in a room tha smells like smoke and we never got asked for a deposit when we would do the booking thru the app but now we did and it has to be cash, with no atm in the property and had to drive to a bank and had to come back so its a super inconvenience but i think this was the last time we will ever stay there

It was ok a bit dirty but friendly staff

Cheap room, nice staff, parts of room were dirty with cobwebs covering bathroom window and baby roaches in the bathroom at night

When i arrive and i told the guy my reservation was just for 1 night, but i meant to do it for 2 nights. He told me i would have to check out at 11 and check back in at 3 if I wanted to pay for another night. That had to be the dumbest thing ive ever heard. Not a very smart guy... so you want to have to pay your housekeeper to come clean, when you could of made more money from me adding a day, but instead ill be taking my money somewhere that is more accommodating. Oh and then he says "NO VISITORS!" What!!??? Im out here visiting, but i cant have visitors!!!! GOOD THING I ACCIDENTALLY BOOKED IT FOR 1 NIGHT!
