No shampoo in the bathrooms, value for money- the price for the room seemed quite high, the fact that the rooms were not available when we checked in at 230pm and we had to wait for one for two hours and then beg for a late check out at 1pm the next day; also there is a path down to the beach but it would be a huge win to offer drinks and snacks for sale/ service at the entrance to the beach.

The report is perfectly situated away from the hustle and bustle of town but close enough to allow you to come and go as you please. The facilities were great and the staff are absolutely incredible. We did the paragliding too and it was an incredible experience which was reasonably priced!

The staff everybody was great

All the food was outstanding. Special kudos to the chef. The receptionist Bruno was tops. The location and the view were excellent. The two grounds staff attending the camping areas, cleaning the pathways and and bushes are super friendly, they work extremely hard and they also deserve special recognition for the way they interact and willingness to help.

The only unpleasant experience was the unfortunate noise pollution due to ATV traffic. These are not guests from the facility. They are externals coming to drink at the bars or restaurant. We suggest signage or ban ATV's from the property and make them walk down if they want to enjoy the view.
