The only sitting area was up on the mirador. Nothing on the main level. No bedside lamps. No decor. A bag of ice would have been nice since ice maker in frig didn't work.

For the price, the place feels outdated and in need of a renovation. For all three days, we weren’t able to get hot water, the towels and sheets have holes in them, and the bathroom had a sewer smell. The place is also very noisy, in part because it’s above several restaurants but there is also no insulation at all, so no sleeping until the music stops (which fortunately is quite early in San Pancho)

The hotel is very well located, a minute from the beach and in the heart of the main street. The staff is really nice, responsive and helpful.

The bedroom needs to be updated, specially the bathroom. It's a little noisy beeing above a restaurant.

Location was perfect, our room looked over the grounds of a quiet resort and the beach with its sunset! Staff were friendly and helpful. We had booked 5 nights with the hotel and had asked to stay longer. One night more was offered and we agreed to that. The next day at 11 am we were asked to leave as the room was rented. We were offered accommodation at a different location for just one night. We packed up quickly and left, but not to the same owners offering.

Only the miscommunications and we were fine waiting for the hot water to warm up.

The construction across the street went 6 days a week. Non stop noise jack hammering etc. very stressful.
