The location was a short walk to Main Street Of Venice with all the shops.. The property was very clean & maintained. Definitely a quiet area for good sleeping & relaxing.

The parking lot is only for small cars. If you have a SUV or small van you will have to park on the street. The walls are thin so you will hear the party next door if their a little loud.

Very cute place, everything was provided. Easy check in and check out. Will stay again.

Great stay. Villa was clean and spacious and had everything you need including nice beach gear and beach towels. Beautiful tropical landscaping and nice pool area. Perfect location for walking to shops and restaurants on Venice Ave and short drive or bike ride to beach. Best place to stay in Venice!

I initially wanted to give this place a lower rating due to the villa I rented on January 11 for an April trip was given to someone else. I found this out 2 days before we checked in! I rented a villa with a separate bedroom ,queen sofa sleeper and a full kitchen with oven. We needed the oven to prepare our Easter dinner that was ordered from Honeybaked ham. There was 2 of us traveling, not a couple. It was assumed we were a couple and moved 2 a studio with one bed, no sofa sleeper and no oven. Being 2 days before the trip it was too late to book elsewhere. They provided a twin air mattress that was pretty thin! We ended up taking turns sleeping in bed. I booked through Expedia and was told when I found out that I should have booked through them directly and/or provided needing 2 beds in special requests. If I book a specific villa that’s what I should get. Once we arrived we loved the place just not the bed situation and no oven. She did offer to call around to other places but at that point it was too late as I would have ended up paying more. The grounds were beautiful, it was quiet and the pool was wonderful. We live in Washington so flying across the country to sleep on an air mattress was not ideal! No offer of any type of compensation, especially since when I booked the room there was about a $300 difference in the 2 rooms! Just returned from a wonderful 3 night stay at TVOVB. We've stayed here before, and this time we noticed some upgrades that make it even nicer. My husband and I had room #14 which was perfect for our stay. It was clean and spacious, and had everything we needed for our stay, including ample supply of beach towels and really nice beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and shark-tooth sifter. Having the assigned beach gear in your room is great! The location is perfect - a short walk to Venice Avenue with all the restaurants and shops, and a short walk/bike ride to the beach. There is a nice supply of bikes available for the guests to use. The screened-in pool area is beautiful and tropical, making you feel as if you're in the Caribbean. Even though all the units were booked, we rarely saw anyone and had the pool to ourselves everyday. We really enjoyed our time, and look forward to our next visit. This is by far the best value in Venice!

For us the best stay in Venice. We have been here before and we really look forward to it every year. Beautiful garden with pool. The Studios are cosy and have everything needed. They have bikes and beach equipment to use, also laundry User for free. Historic Old town is within walking distance. We will be back!!

Amazing 3 day get away. The best place to stay in Venice!

Tropical Villas is like your own little oasis! Everything is landscaped and manicured beautifully! Our location was ideal because we were within walking distance to the beach and downtown Venice. We will definitely be coming back.
