The staff were friendly and tried to solve our issue about being given the wrong room. They let us check in after the 6pm cut-off time.

We booked a triple room, however when we first arrived they only gave us a double, when we questioned this they gave us a room with 2 doubles but still not the room we had booked. We tried to watch a bit of TV but the TV also lost signal and would not reboot so we gave up on that. Generally, we did not feel safe in this neighbourhood. The room was unclean around the bedframes, and we had the most terrible nights sleep 1. Due to the noise within the hostel, 2. Due to the light coming through one of the windows that didn't have a curtain on it and 3. The mattress and pillow were so firm they actually hurt my back. We only stayed here one night and found somewhere else to stay.
