The staff was nice but the property is overdue on a face lift likely due to age

Hyatt should be ashamed. Everything was outdated, old and worse of all dirty. My room was not cleaned two out of five nights. There were only TWO restaurants. 1 cafe, 1 buffet and room service. The food from room service was inconsistent. The pool was small and had algae. No bartender at pool. There were birds EVERYWHERE trying to get food. There were mosquitoes and flies at the two outdoor restaurants. That’s why we ate in a lot. It was rainy season so bugs are inevitable. It was DEFINITELY NOT WORTH MY MONEY.

They never change the sheets or pillow case I came back to same makeup stain I left never take old towels out the room blow dryer never work iron never work we didn’t receive any robe or slippers the water in the bathroom was stopped up

Casino looked very old. All dining was outside and no fans or air conditioning. Pool chairs were broken.

The resort looks nice but needs work, AC is outdated, only 1 elevator works, service was so bad I’ll be contacting corporate for the first time as the experience was so terrible I need a vacation from vacation. I would not recommended this resort at all.

My wife and I got married here at Dreams. Even though we were 2 days late bc of not making flight in Miami, Indiomar did a fantastic job and everything he set up it met our needs. He and his staff are wonderful. The front desk and room service were very delightful. Went above and beyond from the time we got here. We will be back, possibly anniversary

Room was a little late but more importantly the staff was not that helpful, especially the lady that worked for Amstar that day was rude and unprofessional.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Everyone made sure you had a wonderful time. The only thiinh that I disliked is that the rooms can use a bit of renovating.

I wouldn’t stay at another Dreams resort even if it were free. I’ve traveled all over the world and never had an experience this bad. Complaints fall on deaf ears and it’s obvious staff does not care. Housekeeping does not replace towels or properly clean, bartenders ignore patrons at the bar and even in the midst of possible delay with the hurricane, the resort wouldn’t even offer a discounted stay. Worst worst worst resort ever. And the nerve to be marketed as luxury. That place needs to be closed down, and renovated with proper customer service training. I’m surprised they’re even still in business with the level of service they provide. 0 stars

I don’t know how many ways to say it but don’t waste your money. Dreams curaçao is a nightmare. Bad customer service, unkempt property, just an overall terrible experience
