It was good until the end , they kept my mney

I didn't like how they kept my money for no reason it was my deposit.

I didn’t like the property much it was bad service

They took about an hour to check as in and when I arrived I told them they changed me twice and the front desk agent told me I was going to get reimbursed and never did I had to call my bank to cancel the transaction and it took long time since they need to investigate another thing is their hot tubs never get hot the were really cold and I call the front desk and after waiting for an hour and a half they finally came but didn’t do nothing about it so I was not able to enjoy it not to mention every time we came out of the room we had to go to the front desk to activate the room keys and wait time was another hour at that point I wanted to cancel the reservation and they told me I had to talk to the manager the next day because he wasn’t at the property so I ask for a phone number and never gave me one the next day I checked back with them again but all they told me was that I couldn’t cancel it because if I did I was still going to get charged and until now they haven’t reach out to me

i was able to hear my next door neighbors too much and wasnt able to go to sleep past 3:30am due to the excessive noise coming from their room
