Just the location

Noisy both indoors and outdoors. A clunky, rattling AC, matched by a constant din and traffic at all hours made it impossible to sleep. The thin glass panes on the windows contributed to the incessant cacophony. The pillows stuffed with what felt like old socks added to the torture.

The Roosevelt is located in a great area. There is a park next door. There are stores, cafes, restaurants, banks, supermarkets, book stores all within walking distance. The staff couldn't be more friendly and helpful. The breakfast has limited choices, but is very good, especially the French Toast! If you stay for three nights, they will provide transportation to or from the airport. The bathrooms are dated, but I like that there is a lot of counter space. Some of the rooms are spartan, but the beds are always comfortable. The value is very good.

At this price range, I really have nothing to criticize.
