Island Girl Bed and Breakfast

breakfast was lovely although a 10 minute walk from the hostel location - however note that we stayed in an outhouse away from the island girl main B&B this wasn’t expected - cold water refill outside room

- room wasn’t clean, one toilet and shower for the room of 6. The toilet was missing a seat and didn’t really flush. The floor was very wet and the mat was on the floor was soaking - shower head sprayed in all directions - there were ants on bunk bed - there are better hostels in Moalboal for the same price

it was close to everything staff was really nice no air-con but the fan was great I never felt hot when I slept bathroom was clean and there was hot water quiet and not noisy

Excellent breakfast, friendly staff, quite and close to everything. Only 10mins on motorbike from the bus station. Everything was clean and staff were able to organise a tour for me. Would reccommend staying here to all other travellers

The dorm room that i stayed in was in a seperate building about 150m from reception. Made meeting other travelers slightly harder however was not a huge issue. Shower was very average.

Extremely friendly staff. Great breakfast at their sister cafe down the road. Cheap Kawasan Falls tour.

Only one toilet so sometimes had to queue.

The dorm looked nothing like the pictures but I understand there are multiple buildings. No AC, just 1 working fan in a dorm of 4 No curtains in a mixed dorm are unacceptable, especially since the room was TINY. Zero privacy. The water stopped working on 2 of the 3 days I stayed there. Bed is ridden with dust mites.

The hostel is super comfortable, it has a homey vibe, and the staff is amazing!! Always willing to help you with whatever you need. Oh, and the breakfast is delicious!!

They could be A/C in the rooms, but that’s just a recommendation :)

The hostel did the canyoneering tour that was cheaper than getting it anywhere else. Liked the free coffee and the breakfast was a really good arrangement. Liked that there was a locker for your bag.

The rooms were very small/awkward with 4 people. The beds were also very budget. Not really much of a social vibe at all so I found it difficult to meet people. Probably wouldn't stay there again if I wanted to meet people. 1 bathroom and shower between 10 people is tight.
