Big and comfortable room, the view, the location and great versatile breakfast.

Was a huge suite on upper floor with great city views and quiet. Breakfast was good and plenty of tables. Checkout was quick, and on site parking is convenient but you need to know how to get into it.

Had problem with paying using my American credit card.

Für einen Aufenthalt in Nis ist dieses Hotel die ideale Lage am zentralen Platz. Tolle große Zimmer, die sehr komfortabel eingerichtet sind. Sehr gutes Frühstück.

Schade, dass der Frühstücksraum nicht auf der Seite zum großen Platz ist, sondern mit Blick auf eine weniger schöne Seitenstrasse.

I will try to be lenient as this was my 5ft visit to the Ambassador hotel. Some of the staff really need to do better. I wear an insulin pump and we travel by car with two assistance dogs. I let them know in advance about this when I made my parking reservation. I again confirmed the arrangements a week before arrival. Upon arrival I was pretty much told to offload my service animals and then squeeze my vehicle in a very tight spot. I understand that the hotel has limited parking space. What I do not understand is how the person responsible did not even flicker when I had to remove my artificial pancreas to be able to exit the parking spot. He refused to reassign spots. As soon as I exited my car he directed another customer to the only accessible parking spot left. This was a regular patron who tipped well for the privilege not someone with accessibility issues. I was instructed to raise my concern with the reception. The lady in the reception immediately offered to help. After settling in our room, I went to the parking to move my car. The security guard had received no updates so again he refused to help. My next visit to the reception was as if I had never been there. The same lady was like since you are out of the car what is the problem? Long story short a third person came and helped me. I need to mention that they offered me the VIP spot which I refused as to me this was about being able to enter and exit my car without being reminded that I have an issue, aka dignity, not parking in the most convenient location next to the entrance. Its a pity because up until my most recent visit I only had the best to say for the hotel and its people. Since this is still the best hotel in town I will either have to better fit the stereotype of an affluent guest that tips well or travel entirely within the Schengen area to avoid this entirely. I was charged for the parking and I tipped the security guard. Come prepared.
