Big Swimming pool

Had to fight for more than an hour with personnel for swimming pool towels. They were stubborn and rude and they wanted us to use the one in our rooms but I didn't want. Basic hygiene. Unacceptable to have such difficulties for such a simple thing when all the other hotels propose systematically towels for the swimming pool.

The pool and exercise facilities

We didn’t like that we booked as a party of (4) but was only given (2) towels, was only given (2) breakfast vouchers for a booked party of (4), and we booked a room with a king and queen bed and it ended up being a queen and a double with only (3) pillows. Want extra towels, or pillows, or breakfast vouchers it will cost you extra. Everything cost extra like a discount airline!

The staff were helpful and do their best

Very sparse facilities, toilet gets get when one showers; no separation of wet and dry area. Aircom is not cold even at 16C; seems to be overworked

Hotel sehr schon von aussen und Eingangsbereich.tolles grossed Schwimmbad mit Kinderbecken.Frühstück nur asiatisch,bin aber mit Müsli und Omlett satt geworden.sehr freundliches Personal.
