Location was handy for getting around. rooms were ok

photos were deceptive. not as big as it looks. kitchen table was rickety. thick dust on the wall decor dirty plates inside the cupboard plates that were chipped weird smell upon entering. a chemical smell like cheap air freshener. very sickly. couldn't find the source. bathroom toilet roll had specks of blood on edge of it. yuk scum around shower basin. very dated bathroom. shower door runner fell out of place every time I opened or shut the door until I found a knack for it. very cramped shower space. bedrooms were nice enough. noisy neighbors. kept awake one night by a man and a woman fighting. either in the street or upstairs. couldn't tell. very dirty facade. rubbish and leaves everywhere. I wasn't sure if I'd actually got the right place as it looked different in images. definitely wouldn't return.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The location is excellent – right opposite a Centra, just a 4-minute walk to a large Tesco, and surrounded by lots of restaurants. It’s also an easy walk into town, close to Queen's University and the Ulster Museum, which made sightseeing very convenient. The apartment itself was very well-equipped and had everything we needed, including cleaning supplies and dishwasher tablets. It was warm, spotlessly clean, and provided great value for money. There was convenient parking outside in the driveway, and the lockbox was easy to use, making check-in a breeze. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!

It would be absolutely perfect with the addition of a washing machine and dryer!

The location and the apartment had everything we needed.

We had issues with the heating/ hot water seems the boiler kept losing pressure thankfully my partner knew how to adjust it., we did highlight this to the property management they did apologise and state it would be looked into.

I appreciated the amount of tea and cofee that was in the apartment.Kitchen well equipped too.

There was no salad bowl.

Newly refurbished feel, modern, off road parking, walkable to centre. Choice of bars - Ryan’s Bar excellent - and restaurants all nearby. Highly recommend.

Next to quite busy main road.

Great location. Good sized property comfortable and clean. Buses very frequent to get into the city center
