Spacious kitchen/living room area, location close enough to the city centre, tidy overall. There's a bunch of nice breakfast places within walking distance.

Noisy neighbours from the apartment above, perhaps from the same host. Air conditioner noise audible in the bedrooms. Bathroom was tiny and poorly lit.

The apartment is located within an easy walk to the university. We followed the instructions we received and collected the key very easily. Inside the apartment was clean and very comfortable - all that is needed for a few days stay in Belfast. Thank you so much Yuval

The bathroom and showers needed updating there was rust and grime around the corners of the shower and bath... there was even dead insects on the bath Not very boutique!

The apartment was nice and comfortable. However, we didn't have smart phones so could not access all the information

The accommodations were perfect for our needs: the beds were comfortable and clean, the internet was reliable, the kitchen was equipped with essential pots and pans, and the living room was very cozy. The instructions on accessing the space were very easy to follow, and the provided guidebook was excellent.

Major grievance: the host uses a 3rd party tool, Superhog, to validate guests. This check-in resulted in additional charges and asked for alarming personal information which some of the travelers on my trip were not comfortable with submitting. Thankfully only one person needed to submit details. Had all been required to submit, we would have cancelled. Very minor grievances: The boiler seemed to be having issues, as the shower would occasionally reach scalding temperatures regardless of the temperature setting. The fan in the bathroom didn't turn on, leaving the room with a sometimes musty smell.
