"早く帰りたかった"

なんとなく不潔。 ベットの布団は湿っていた。 床の絨毯は黒ずんでいたり、染みがある。 テーブル周りは埃が多くて拭かれていない。

事前に宿泊予約してたにもかかわらず トイレットペーパー2段あるのに少ないまま。 予備も置いてない。 本当に清掃が入ってるとは思えない。 チェックアウト後に清掃入ってるにもかかわらず 忘れ物があっても電話してこない 外人しかいないから話通じない

スタッフの対応が丁寧だった。言葉使いも良かった。施設が新しく、きれいだった。連泊だったので、コインランドリーが便利だった。

ベッドとテレビの配置から、客室内で食事しながらテレビは観れない。連日室内清掃を頼んだが、マグカップやグラスの取替や洗浄はされなかった。エレベーターの振動が気になった。
