Scenic Suites Queenstown

Hotel was centrally located within the town. Check in and check out was easy. The room was spacious and clean and the amenities provided were great. Refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer as well as cups, plates, flatware, etc. The bed was comfortable. Separate living room/dining room with sofa bed if needed with sliding door to close off from the bedroom if needed. Lots of windows. Although we didn't have a view in our room, we were there to sleep and shower while we did sightsee. The bathroom had both shower and tub and was spacious. Heater and towel heater in the bathroom was a nice surprise on a cold morning. We would stay here again for sure. The staff at front desk were friendly and helpful. The only concern was the limited parking in the parking garage, but luckily, we got a spot both nights.

Great shower pressure and comfortable beds.

We had to wait nearly an hour for the room to be ready. I booked two double beds but there was only one king on arrival which meant we had to wait longer for the beds to be split into two singles instead. One complementary beverage for the delay, so only for one of us which was odd. Only one very thin blanket on the beds, no duvet. Phoned reception to order more, didn't come to correct room, had to ring back. Took a while. Broken cupboards, squeaky doors. Could do with a bit of TLC. Average buffet. Expensive for what you get for your money but amazing location if you're wanting close to the shopping centre.

The bedroom was very comfortable, I really enjoyed having a bath in the bathroom. The hotel is well situated, walking distance to the center of town and the Queenstown gardens.

There was a persistent hum in the background around the bedroom. The restaurant in the hotel is not so great, there are a lot of better ones in Queenstown.
