Lack of guest elevator.

The warm welcome from Anna was just the start. Our room was so comfortable and clean with lots of character, just like the whole property. Breakfast in the special room was wonderful, freshly scrambled eggs served on request and a wide array of breads, cereals, cheeses, meats, yogurts and even just baked brownie (how decadent for breakfast!)….along with great coffees. Really this is the best place we have stayed at in Italy, we felt so looked after and at home. Just a few moments walk from the historic area yet quiet. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend this fantastic B&B! Perfect location close to all the main attractions. The staff were so friendly and helpful, which made us feel right at home. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. A great overall experience—we'd absolutely stay here again!

A rather different hotel experience - the building interior was as you see in their published photographs. Wonderful!

Our room was magical, and had everything we needed. We slept well and had a wonderful homemade breakfast.
