La posizione della struttura è centralissima e vicina a quasi tutti i punti di interesse della città. L'arredamento è nuovo e di gusto.

La camera anche se dispone di un divano letto è troppo piccola per 4 adulti. Gli spazi sono molto ristretti, soprattutto il bagno. Da rivedere completamente la doccia che è da riparare se non addirittura da sostituire. Anche la pulizia del materasso e delle lenzuola messe a disposizione nel divano letto lasciava a desiderare. Il letto matrimoniale era comodo ma i cuscini non lo erano altrettanto.

Water liep niet goed weg van de douche, daardoor hele natte badkamer.
