Room property were all good

The room was too hot

The staff was friendly and went above and beyond.

The bathroom was extremely outdated and looked to possibly have mold on baseboards and by tub.

The shower pressure and temperature was amazing

Carpet floors

Very cold, saggy bed.

Not a lot.

My room had no heat. I didn't notice until about 2 am. I had woken up because of the cold, and the thermostat did not work. When I told the front desk in the morning, they said it was my fault because I didn't say anything. I had checked in at 10 pm that night, and the person working the front desk had a small child with them, so I didn't want to bother them at 2am when I realized there was no heat. They could have done a little better.

The Location is perfect for us who needs to visit patient in nearby Hospital

The card is not working properly. Room need more updating on cleanliness.
