Apartamento Gran Sol de Cadiz

El cheking bastante complicado , es muy mejorable . Zonas comunes en mal estado y sucio , el interior del apartamento daba asco con la suciedad acumulada en el suelo , lámparas , papelera del baño oxidada , etc , motivo por el cual decidimos abandonar el piso . Muy mala atención y malos modales por parte de la empresa de gestión , no nos devolvieron el dinero .Resumiendo, este apartamento debería de ser retirado por quien corresponda .

El apartamento esta genial, es tal cual a las fotos que muestran. Todo super limpio, bien equipado y muy cómodo. La ubicación es perfecta, estas en pleno centro. Al lado de la calle de Las Flores. Tuvimos un problema con la aplicación para poder acceder al apartamento y nos lo solucionaron en el momento. Recomendable 100%. Gracias Sergio por tu ayuda.

Todo correcto. Por decir algo, la falta de un ascensor. Estábamos en la cuarta planta pero no ha sido ningún problema.

No estaba suficientemente limpio al llegar, la escaleras difíciles, la terraza poco accesible y poco recomendable para estancias largas

El alojamiento estaba muy bien equipado. Las camas eran cómodas, la ubicación totalmente céntrica, la cerradura muy segura. El propietario siempre atento. Recomendable 100%

The best location in town, in the epicenter of Cadiz, steps away from bars, cafes, restaurants, parks, supermarkets, and everything you need. The apartment itself is very nice and it has everything you need, it's also on the fourth floor, so you have a nice view and it's bright inside. If you have heavy luggage, be aware that it's on the fourth floor, but then you only have to do this twice, when you arrive and when you leave so it's not a big deal. I stayed for a week and I highly recommend the place. The staff is very friendly, we communicated through WhatsApp and the check-in process was flawless and smooth.

I know it was on the fourth floor but the stairs were not suitable for anyone with small children or with any kind of medical condition. The rooftop terrace had nice views but again wasn’t suitable for children and felt like you were in a cage.

very central and most essential things in flat. roof terrace big enough for 2-4 people to sit. electronic key-via-app system - though annoying initially - turns out to be quite practical after a couple of days Nice place for a 2-3 day coty stay.

The only parking is 10min walk away an with horrendous prices Staircase (4th floor, no escalator,) too steep and narrow. Very fifficult to bring luggage. We were there with three people and it was acceptable but we felt the place was only good/comfortable for two.. Nothing to sit on terrace (perhaps taken in for winter break), necessary to take kitchen chairs out.. No nice view from terrace, and very little sun in winter (lower than walls around and no angle towards streets) For off-season the price (>100eur/night) was high compared to other places we saw.. All in all I had a feeling of disappointment when entering the flat, as it came across as much smaller and less charming than booking.com induced me to expect.
