Das Zimmer und die freundliche Empfangsdame

Die Matratzen. Die haben sich auch auseinander geschoben und der Spalt war eh schon recht groß

Nice location and comfy rooms.

The way they handle their payments are very confusing. They seem to be charging 50 percent prepayment when you book it through booking.com but when you arrive there they say no prepayment was done and they charge full price. Then it's hard to retrieve that info so makes it frustrating

"Convenient and Clean"

This hotel was sparkling clean, and the staff were very friendly. My room was beautifully decorated, very comfortable, and even though it was a single room, it had plenty of space. The location was handy to the town, the lifts and the train station. I liked the addition of slippers and a robe. The shampoo/body wash was good quality.

There was no tea or coffee making facility in my room so I had to go into town to find a coffee.
